The estimate was very close to cost. They were on time, responded quickly to questions, and explained things thoroughly. This was a very big job. They began with a my problem of a shocking outlet. I knew my home had electrical issues that needed to be addressed. Due to their professionalism and knowledge I decided to have them look over all the issues I have been having. I found out that the home had many mistakes and poor grounding throughout, my circuit panel was doubled and tripled. They explained everything and provided a prompt estimate. Through everything if I had questions they got right back to me. I am still working with them because I had some additional requests which is included in the price I provided. I would use them again if needed.

I've utilized ECC for 3 years and have had excellent service. Two other organizations I tried were sub par. Servicemen show up on time, work efficiently and are very friendly. My generator has worked like a charm since ECC started routine maintenance; something that didn't happen before I started using ECC. I am glad I found the company.

Arrived a few minutes early. They found one line installed incorrectly ( fire hazard) by another contractor. They fixed the other problem at no additional cost. The 40 amp line was installed quickly. Very polite and professional. Explained all areas of concern. Awesome! Highly recommended.

I found Paul and all the people from Energy Cost Control to be knowledgeable about Generac Generators, expert in their installation and friendly. I couldn't have been happier with the friendly service on the initial phone call and when the technician showed he was very polite, informative and helpful. Paul was his name. Excellent!!! He checked the box, outside, ground and found no problems. When I asked about the whole house surge protector he explained how they worked and what they protected and did not protect. He had one in the truck and installed it at a very reasonable price. Thank you Anglieslist for being a great resource to find a quality and professional company instead of blindly selecting one from the phone book.

This was the second company I called. They first made an appointment that he did not keep, causing me a great deal of inconvenience. The professional I talked to over the telephone made some good suggestions to help save me money. Chris, the electrician who did our work, was running late and called to alert us to that fact. He was extremely professional and courteous while he was here. He accidentally broke a bulb and deducted money from our bill to cover that expense.

We found this company on Angie's List. I called in the early afternoon, they gave an analysis of the problem with an estimate of the costs. and were able to come out at 5:00pm the same day. Paul, the owner / electrician, took care of the problem on time and as quoted. Paul provided great information on the options we have for our service panel and also for the lighting additions for the kitchen. He was personable, professional and helped us find cost effective solutions for these projects. We are extremely satisfied with this company (both Joan who answered our call and Paul, the owner, who responded so quickly). Will use them again and recommend highly.
